Mechanisms of CTGF-mediated cardioprotection in ischemia-reperfusion injury and heart failure. Focus of project is to explore the role of CTGF-induced upregulation of G protein-coupled receptor kinase 5 (GRK5) and modulation af beta-arrestin-dependent signalling.
