Current research focus

Pulmonary hypoxia - mechanisms leading to failing myocardial function. Pulmonary hypertension and cardiac dysfunction develops during pulmonary hypoxia. We use a mouse model to investigate the cardiopulmonary function and molecular mechanisms.
